Static is always a headache in the production process where rubber rollers are being used.
Haven’t you ever experienced these problems?

1.Dust or Contamination attaching to your product.
2.Risk of fire accident by electric sparks.
3.Printing or coating failure caused by static.

The mechanism of static generation is said to be caused by a mixture of complex factors. If you rub a plastic sheet and place it over your head, your hair is attracted to the sheet. This is caused by “Frictional Electrification”. Crackly sound occurred when taking off a sweater is caused by “Release Electrification”. Static tends to generate easily when the materials that are in contact to each other have less conductivity.
Use of anti-static rubber roller will reduce Frictional & Release Electrification, which leads to reduction of failures caused by static.

White colored, Antistatic NBR Rubber Roller

NBR rubber made by a new design approach that differs from conventional conductive rubbers.

Heat resistant and high-strength rubber roller

A rubber with extremely high-strength and abrasion resistance which is comparable to Polyurethane. It also has high heat-resistance after Silicone.

Silicone rubber with reduced static buildup compared to normal Silicone rubber which reduces problems such as fire accidents by electric sparks, dust / contamination attraction and etc.
It also has high-release property.

A light colored sticky cleaner roller with a new antistatic technology that uses no Carbon Black.

Antistatic Sticky Roller for dust and contamination removal

A light colored sticky cleaner roller with a new antistatic technology that uses no Carbon Black.
It has minimal extraction of the rubber ingredients from the rubber surface that contaminates the substrate.
