Notice of Merger with group companies

We would like to inform that Tokyo Katsura Co., Ltd., one of our 100% subsidiary located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, Katsura Engineering Co., Ltd. located in Noda City, Chiba and Kyushu Katsura Co., Ltd located in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka were mergered on April 1,2016 and started to operate as Katsura Roller Mfg. Co., Ltd.

Readjust the efficiency of operation internally and increase the business efficiency.

2.Merger substance
Katsura Roller Mfg. Co., Ltd is a company surviving absorption-type merger, and Tokyo Katsura Co., Ltd., Katsura Engineering Co., Ltd. and Kyushu Katsura Co. Ltd. are companies absorbed in absorption-type merger.
