Toughcone is a newly developed Silicone rubber which has highly improved the abrasion resistance and distortion resistance compared to the conventional silicone.
It is recommended for those who require long lifetime and high quality silicone rollers.

* Rubber hardness: White C900 : 60･70･80 (Shore A); White A900 : 70･80 (Shore A)

Compression set is small, which maintains stable accuracy for a long time.

How to maintenance

Avoid rapid increase in temperature. It should be increased gradually.
Clean the roller surface with polar solvents such as MEK or Alcohol after operation. Do not use non-polar solvents such as White kerosene and Toluene.
Good release property can be maintained if the roller surface is clean.
If the rubber hardness is increased or elasticity is decreased, we recommend re-grinding or re-rubberizing.
For storage, wrap the roller with wrapping material after cleaning the rubber and keep it in a cool and dark area. Make sure the roller is held at the shaft so that the rubber does not touch the floor.
