Spray Powder

Dry-Up spray powders prevent ink set-off, blocking, and static electricity, and are available in various types and grades.

Features:

1. Dryup powders are made of vegetable based starches and are non-toxic.
2. Can be used with a variety of electostatic and pneumatic sprayers.
3. Two different type of powder, hydrophobic and hydrophilic, are available.
   Hydrophobic type: Coated type recommended for tropical countries( high humid areas) and film related printings (lamination).
   Hydrophilic type: Non-coated type recommended for printing which needs post processing such as varnishing and film coating. It also minimizes shut down time of the printing machine by saving the blanket cleaning time.
4. The fluidity of all Dryup grade are excellent. It does not remain on the surface of the paper or film.
5. Highly moisture resistant causing no clogging of nozzles. Also, ink does not run even in hot and humid climates.
