Sticky roller “Cleaner" Series

“Cleaner" series can fit into bumpy surface of workpiece with its softness and elasticity.
It does not contaminate the workpiece or affect the printing or lamination.
* If the roller is contaminated by dust or particles, or if the stickiness is decreased, use our (Eco Cleaner)which cleans the rubber and also recovers the stickiness at the same time.

• Micro Cleaner
  “Micro Cleaner" series can fit into bumpy surface of workpiece with its softness and elasticity.
  Having excellent dimensional and hardness stability, it can be used for a long time.

* Suitable for products which requires high cleanness.

<Example>

1. For process of precision component such as IC ceramics substrate, condenser and etc.
2. For former and post process of PCB, FPC and punching of metal thin plate
3. For former process of Food packaging and polyethylene film for packaging

* Clean Micro Cleaner with water or alcohol to remove the dusts from roller surface. The stickiness will recover which enables repeated use.
